Damilola Adegbite was the vice president of the school drama club at Queens College from 2001 to 2002. She was also a member of her church’s drama club.

Her first role was on the popular soap opera Tinsel. The actress made her acting debut at the auditions for the popular Nigerian TV soap opera. As a result, she was cast as Thelema Duke in the TV series.

Damilola Adegbite is a businesswoman and author in addition to her acting career. As an entrepreneur, she is the founder of Damiiville and Kasham, a store that sells accessories and makeup as well as aromatherapy. Damiville and Kasham are located in Lekki, Lagos
